China Extends Visa-Free Entry Policy for 45 Nations Through 2026

We are pleased to share crucial news for international travelers: China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced a significant extension of its unilateral visa-free policy, confirming a strong commitment to global exchange and simplified travel.


Policy Details and Duration

China has decided to extend the visa-free entry policy for 45 existing countries until 24:00 on December 31, 2026.
In addition, China will implement a new visa-free policy for Sweden, effective from November 10, 2025, to December 31, 2026.
This means a total of 46 countries are now covered by these arrangements.

Asia/Middle East (6 Countries): South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain.


Oceania (2 Countries): Australia, New Zealand.


South America (5 Countries): Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay.
